Heavy feeling I’m chest

So yesterday my workout routine consisted of a lot of plank and push-up like exercises plus jump rope. Today I have a pain in the upper part of my chest which goes to my upper back, shoulders and neck but mainly in the chest area. It hurts more when I take a deep breath. When I went for a run today it was especially bad. Has this ever happened to anyone after a workout. I’m hoping it’s just a pulled muscle and not anything heart related.
