Anyone experience this?

Hi! I’m driving myself nuts, so I just wanted to know if anyone has experienced this and had a normally pregnancy. Last week I was nauseated/throwing up. Sunday, I got my “Period?” It lasted less then a day, it came early and with no cramps and normally I have cramps the first 2 days.Tuesday, nothing. Wednesday, spotting pink/brown, Thursday, cramping and bleeding mildly. Now I just woke up so nauseated. I don’t know what’s going on 😢 I was due for my actual period a couple days ago, I took a test Wednesday and it was negative.
