Weaning my 2 year old

So I’ve been breastfeeding my son for two years. I’ve enjoyed the journey, but I also know it’s time to stop. I’ve weaned him from nap time feedings. But night time seems to be a challenge. He sleeps in his own bed, but sometimes he crawls into my bed and I don’t even realize, and he somehow manages to find a boob in there to suckle... any tips?
