Pain when sneezing?

Has anyone else experienced this? I am 19 weeks pregnant and have really sharp lower abdominal pain when I sneeze. It stays for like 10 seconds then it goes away. It is really painful though, sort of like a contraction feeling. I called my OB since I been sneezing a lot due to allergies, and waiting on a call back.

It’s round ligament pain! I’ve gotten it since the very beginning of this pregnancy. It’s annoying but it’s normal.

I get this all the timeeee. It sucks but it’s never caused me any issues. Had it both pregnancies. It’s better if I’m standing when sneezing. If I lay down it hurts more 🤷‍♀️

I get it every tine I sneeze of turn it get up too fast lol. I just really try to relax when I can feel a sneeze. Tensing up makes it worse!

I bring my knees up to my chest if I'm gonna sneeze. When I do that I dont get the pain. But it is normal

It's round ligament pain and normal..i get it if i yawn, take a deep breath, and stand up sometimes. For the sneezing, i figured out i have to lean forward or stand to avoid that pain and cross my legs.tightly so i don't pee. Lol.

Yes and coughing too. I do everything I can to avoid sneezing and coughing now.

🙋🏼‍♀️ me!! And I’m having the worst allergies/sneezing fits lately. But it doesn’t hurt as much if I’m still rather than if I’m laying. When I’m laying is when it hurts the most.

Try and lean forward when u have to sneeze. It helps a lot
