I am confused.. If you already know you are pregnant, it for sure can not be implantation any more.

When was your last period date ? Was this the only blood you have lost ? I would definitely call your OB just to be sure.

Looks a little bright for implantation but could also be a hematoma or hemorrhage or even spotting after sex (if you recently had sex). Is it always red?
