Birth control issues!

My BF and I have been together 5 years but aren’t ready to have a baby yet. I’ve been on soo many different types of birth controls. I have had awful experiences with all of them! Can not find one that works and at this point I’ve given up on hormonal birth controls. I need suggestions of all non hormonal birth controls. What is best?
