Does your toddler put paper in their mouths?

My 14 mo is obsessed with paper and cardboard, I don’t think she’s actually swallowing it but she rips it off and chews on it, spits it out. I’m wondering if this is typical development or possibly pica. Anyone?

My baby will try and eat absolutely ANYTHING she sees!

Mine eats sand and dirt, he’s getting better at not eating anymore. Part of there sensory development they will get over it

I’d rather her eat that she just now learned how to pick her nose 🤦🏼‍♀️ and she eats it and also try’s feeding her boogies to her 1 month old brother

She puts EVERYTHING in her mouth right now! 😂 If it's something she really shouldn't have, I say "yucky" and she'll spit it out and go "uck".

My son puts any thing n everything in his mouth last month was a snail 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢. He is getting better tho at spitting it out on my hand when I ask what he got in his mouth lol x
