How to help my 2 year old talk more ?

So my daughter just turned two on may 27 all though she sings all the song and even the ABC's at times she only does it when she hears the songs ! And says things like water, mommy, daddy, I love you , or when she wants to play says (where are you) also says boo, mine she points at her nose when I ask her where is her nose her eyes her mouth all though she only does it when she want to and also only says these words when she wants to not when I ask her to but we had her two year check up and my daughter is the type of baby that doesn't like to be touched by strangers she really gets supper bad crying specially at the doctors how ever she does pay attention and is very aware she points at the things she wants oh if I ask her to hand me something over she hands it over when I say give me 5 she does that too but since her doctor saw how she got supper upset about being touched she said she might have autism i don't know nothing about autism she said my daughter should be says more words and im supper scare and I couldn't stop crying what she said all though I know if she where to have autism its not bad but a mom worries to much also she said she might have it but I never thought she could have that since she does like to interact with people she knows or other kids can some one give me some advice please 😔😔
