Losing hope. Help needed
Someone please help me... what am I doing wrong? I have been watching my carbs I eat 20-30 net carbs a day. I don’t eat any sugar. I drink water all day long. And I went down to 220 from 225 and it’s just not working for me. I have a lot of trouble working out and doing Hiit, so I go on walks with my son in his stroller 2-3 times a week. I don’t know what to do. I am starting to lose hope.
