Could be a chemical pregnancy or early pregnancy loss. Or it could be implantation bleeding depending on amount and how long it lasts. Mine ended up being just like my normal period.

Final update, I had a miscarriage :(

To update I am pregnant. At er now being seen. Too early to tell much. They said my level is low so I am getting ultrasound and have to come back wed to see if levels up or down. Could be a miscarriage
