37 weeks vomiting and dizziness

Hey all, so last night I got hit all the sudden with unbelievable dizziness I couldn’t sit up without feeling dizzy and if I even moved my head I felt like I would pass out even just sitting up on the couch, well I ended up getting super nauseous which led to me throwing up 7-8 times last night, I also had vision issues like seeing flashing dots after throwing up, has anyone had this happen randomly at 37 weeks and should I be concerned? I feel weak today and I’ve been drinking lots of fluids but I don’t feel sick. I just felt very very off last night and was concerned.
