I'm 37 weeks +6 so almost 38 weeks and I have been so uncomfortable in my lower abdominal, heavy like I'm trying to start, having back pain on and off all day, and pain inside my vagina like where my cervix is. I've had like 10 contractions inconsistently all day. Been like this all day, the only relief I get is a warm bath but it only last for just a bit and back to all this again. Could this be labor or should I just deal with it? I dont want to go to L & D just to get sent home. I live like 1 hour and half away from my hospital.
