lupus anticoagulant

it’s me again 🙁. The night before transfer nerves are setting in. We will be transferring 2 non tested embryos.

Long story short, I had a transfer in March that led to a chemical pregnancy... and a couple prior chemicals as well (we’ve been TTC 5 years with MFI). Anyways I demanded the RPL panel bloodwork to determine if I had an implantation issue and paid OOP for it. My lupus anticoagulant came back positive. My RE refused to add anything to my regimen because she’s so positive I dont have all the indications for it. Meaning it shows on labs but I havent had 3 or more late losses. Anyways, I guess I’m just starting to get nervous that this transfer won’t work either because I’m not being heard nor treating for a possible implantation issue. If this doesn’t work I’m going to be transferring to a new RE for a second opinion. 🥺 I guess I just need advice! What would YOU do? And probably need some faith... 🙏🏼
