Background/backstory my SIL (40) she has two little boys aged 5&3 and wants a 3rd a little girl, her husband doesn't want another one. She told my husband and my MIL that in the past two years she's had 10 miscarriages (never taken a pregnancy test to confirm she just knows she is). I'm pregnant with my second my first is a little boy and we just found out this next one is a little girl (because of family predominantly being male I just assumed I'd have another boy) we made a reveal video and posted on the family WhatsApp and she saw it and didn't reply for 5hours. I knew exactly what was going on and how she felt. My MIL told my SIL called her straight away and burst out crying that we are having a girl.

I know she is mourning her losses and the fact that she doesn't have a little girl,. But how do I go about being around her and others talking about my pregnancy i also am not enjoying it because of all this.
