I thought I accidentally threw this away with

I hope this is ok to post here. Just needed to vent. I was cleaning out the garage and we have a broken dresser I’ve been meaning to repurpose. We’ve been using it as extra storage. Well, I went to clean it out and at the bottom of one of the drawers, I found the birthday card my late partner had gotten me after we reconciled in 2018. I thought it accidentally got thrown away with the bag. It took a little bit for me to be able to open it.

We had 10 wonderful months together and he was a great father to my son who was only 3 months old when he passed away. We always wanted kids. At least we finally had our little family for a little while... 😭 it’s still hard doing this without him.
