Hello I'm 30 weeks pregnant

I, without asking my gyne I stopped duphastone because i assumed it was only for first trimester, but after a long time due to lock down cuz of corona, I went to my gyne she asked me to continue duphastone,

I forgot to ask her if it's okay to start again suddenly, so can you ladies help and tell me if it's safe for me and the baby to start it again?
