Serrapeptase and unblocked tubes? 🤔

I was on Amazon one day ordering vitamins and I came across this pill called “ serrapeptase “. When reading the reviews I seem more then one testimony claiming this helped unblocked their Fallopian tube/tubes. Also other reviews of it helping with other ailments or pains. So I haven’t done much research yet as I’ve been obsessed with reading the reviews.

So I’m curious had anyone taken and or know or anyone who has taken it ? If so share your story please.
