Sorry that this is TMI but is this implantation bleeding?

Sorry for the gross TMI picture, but is this implantation bleeding? Hubby left the house and I had a little “fun” with my dildo and this is what came out at the end...

I’m 10 dpo. I had mild cramps and backaches yesterday. My breasts hurt but they always do before AF. AF is due in four days.
