Exercise during stims?

Are you exercising during stims? My doctor said it’s fine, just curious what everyone else was told

I was told explicitly to be a couch potato. And I’ll be honest by day 5-6 I don’t think I could have done anything if I wanted to.

My doctor said it was okay, but said I probably won't feel like it. Recommend just yoga and nothing intense.

I was told no running or bouncing and not to lift more than 10 lbs. Granted my doc was super conservative and the two pregnancies I had (one chemical and one miscarriage) I was running almost daily and lifting lots of heavy things. Exercise is a huge stress relief for me and I think those restrictions made it worse for me. However, everyone is different and I'd definitely say listen to your body and scale back some. Good luck!

I'm waiting to start a frozen cycle. However, I did excersize during stims. I strength train and hike weather permitting. They told me to stop down to what I felt was light but that I could continue if I wanted to. I stimmed for 14 days and had 10 eggs retrieved. I wound up taking 5 days off the day of trigger, the day after, retrevial day, and then two days post retrevial. I was back in the gym 3 days before my fresh transfer and hiking the day of transfer. 
Definitely listen to your body should you continue. You don't want a torsion but if you modify your routine you should be fine. Once you get closer to retrieval you likely wont be all the comfortable anyway.
