TTC during trying times

Am I the only one who’s been TTC for a bit now but is considering stopping entirely because of current events? I feel like I’m selfish for wanting to bring a life into a world in which some people have to fight for their life and for simple basic human rights. I feel like I could be bringing a child into a world that is already burning. I can’t shake the feeling that if I bring a child into this world, that I am condemning them. Is anyone else in this same boat?
