Experiences with ectopic ?

I’m not sure if this is the right group to post in but,
I would like some experiences with ectopic pregnancies? What the last week has looked like for me, faint positive pregnancy test on 5/24 (3 days before period was due). 5/25 & 5/26 spotting started (old blood looking). Period like bleeding on 5/27 & 5/28. Old blood spotting since 5/29, maybe more so today even. Cramping the entire time, also maybe even more so today in my lower back. 
- Had HCG done on Friday 5/29: was 27
- Repeated yesterday and came back at 84 
My doctor wants me to come in this Thursday for another HCG and will do an Ultrasound.
I’m overly paranoid that this could be an ectopic. They did caution me to go straight to the ER with sever pain. Thoughts? Experiences ?

I’m sorry you are dealing with this.  My HCG was much lower than yours but I did get what I thought was my period.  Hcg continued to double/triple but 7 week ultrasound showed it was ectopic.

I did a Day 3 transfer with two blastocyst. Hcg at 2 weeks post transfer was 19. 3 days later 79. Three days later 214. 3 days later it was 425. I was having spotting throughout the week I was being tested. I woke up in excruciating pain. Diagnosed with ectopic (no sac on internal ultrasound). One hospital told me they wouldn’t do anything for me so I checked back with my doctor. Was sent into Boston- by then I have ruptured and had to have surgery. Last one of my tubes.

I found out I was pregnant at about 5 weeks. My  hcg sky rock and double every time I get blood test. I bleed from the day I found out I was pregnant until I got the methotrexate injection which is a month. No pain or anything. Did ultra sounds first couple times and did not see anything. They did not confirm that I had an ectopic until I did multiple ultra sounds and see nothing but my hcg level keep increasing. You will get through this. Stay strong !
