Squeaky hardwood floors advice?

My son's bedroom floor is very squeaky, which makes it so hard to quietly walk in/out. Is there anything I can do as a quick fix until we re-do all of our floors? I had read a while back that putting baby powder in the cracks would help. I haven't tried that but I'm desperate lol

Following we had all new subfloor and laminate hardwood put in a year ago and it makes so much noise In some spots 🙄🙄🙄

I have brand new floors and we have squeaky spots too 😩😩 maybe put an area rug??

Is it floorboards? If so you can screw or nail them down a little more to see if it helps

Ugh our bedroom was the WORST with this. Rugs do muffle it. I also embraced my inner stealth spy lol i am now fairly adept at silent walking haha
