TTC for a year now

Is it true that having sex in the pre implantation or implantation window might lower the pregnancy chances?

I googled it.. some recourses says avoid intercourse after ovulation so it doesnt affect implantation

And some sources says it actually helps implantation.

I asked my doctor he told me it doesn’t affect but I need more opinions please !

I’m 4DPO.. is it okay to have sex?
