What are your thoughts on Raven?

This is another name where I have a confusing love & hate relationship.

I love it. Especially spelled the traditional way like you did. Some people get all crazy like Rayvenne which I do not care for.

I love my name and I always get compliments on it. It's unique but not outlandish. I am white, but from my experience, it does not seem to be a stereotypical "white" or "black" name (I know it matters to some people to have a name that reflects their culture, which is the only reason why I mention this).

My name is Raven and ive always been complimented on my name. People live that its not common, but not strange or out there. People always seem to remember it too because they think its cool. Im not a fan of the nicknames (Ray, Ray-Ray,)  but ive never had trouble with people using the nicknames either. No ones ever had any problems with spelling it either. I do however know of a Raevhynn, and though we have the same name, she cant stand it because of the spelling. So if youre gonna do it, id go with the traditional spelling.
