Should I get back w him?

Hi my now ex and I broke up about a month ago and he’s called me 3 times now saying we should get back together then the first two times he retreated and said nah and now this last time I told him no. I want to be sure I made the right decision. We broke up Bc we were fighting a lot out of stress and finals and we hadn’t been able to see each other (quarantine) and he broke up w me and I agreed but before all this we used to be best friends and during this month of being broken up we have been a lot like friends and friendly and Ik we still love each other and I just hope I didn’t make the wrong decision by saying no but I just didn’t want to have a call the next morning of him saying he didn’t want to be with me anymore, I can’t always be available for his convenience. Lord help me omg
