This was my ultrasound from 3 weeks ago.

First I will say that I am currently living in a country where the doctors do not tell you anything, pregnancy or any sickness ect

Their way of thinking is we are the doctors so only we need to know. You do not need to understand.

So my question is. What is that next to the baby? I honestly have had a strong feeling I'm having twins. But the doctor did say 1 baby.

So I assumed that what that is is the yolk sac? But it looks too large compared to other ultrasounds iv seen?

And there is another smaller white circle above the baby, could that potentially be the yolk sac and the bottom one is a missed twin??

What do you seen when looking at this? I was 7w 6days when this was done but it says measuring 7w 2days but I know that's not correct because I know when I ovulated.
