Puked for the first time yesterday just when I hit 8 weeks exactly!🤮 Im mostly fatigued but the nausea is real🥴. I ate my first real food in a couple days today! Ive mostly been eating fruit🍉🍌🥭🍒

Me! I am hungry more often but have no appetite . I feel dizzy and nauseaus all day! Cold water with squeezed lime has helped me though!

So since I’ve been 6 weeks I’ve been having sickness all day everyday like I’m talking 4/5 times a day guaranteed and actually lost 8 pounds in 3 weeks. It’s slightly eased for me and all I do is carry a bottle around with me with fresh cold water & take very regular slow sips & breathe - sometimes it doesn’t work though I must say and I just need to get it out 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️😂 xx

I’m so exhausted and asleep every night by 6-6:30 it’s a real struggle. I’m constantly nauseous and this is my second baby first one didn’t feel anything like this 😅 9 weeks and 4 days so I’m hoping when I’m out of the first trimester it’ll be easier.
