I’m posting this in a few groups for as much feedback as possible...sorry if you see it twice!😊

I was in the middle of my first attempt at a frozen transfer, and unfortunately my doctor canceled it because my lining is just too thin. He assured me that this is not uncommon and it often takes multiple cycles for things to work out. However, I’m sad, frustrated, and impatient. Do you ladies have any tips (foods, drinks, tricks, etc.) on how to help my lining in this next attempt? I’m already drinking pomegranate juice and doing yoga targeted at improving circulation. What else have you ladies done that has helped?
