How to get baby to nap alone?

My almost 3 month old still only naps in our arms. Whenever we go to put her down in her bassinet or chair she sleeps 10 minutes total before waking up. How can we get her to nap alone? She's breast and bottle fed. Kts hard to get anything done when I have to hold her 247.

I’ve had success by not nursing to sleep, setting a schedule, learning cues, and rocking until baby is either almost asleep or just fallen asleep.

My daughter is almost 6 months and for now I gave up on trying to get her to nap alone. 
For her morning nap we go for a walk. We both get some fresh air and she sleep between 30 to 60 minutes. 
For her afternoon nap I settle down on the couch with her and just nap with her. 
I try to get things done when she is awake and playing on her playmat or in her crib 
I’m sorry I don’t have any advice but for me it got too frustrating to keep trying and she naps way better this way. And I also get forced to take a break and rest a bit in the afternoon

Consistency is the key. All maps and bedtime needs to be in the same place so she can get used to the fact that that’s where she sleeps. If you let her sleep in your arms, she’ll keep expecting that

I think just trying to have a flexible routine/schedule works. Also, look into 3months wake windows. That really helps to gage when your baby is sleepy.

Try to baby wear her or if you have a swing try that. I was still holding my girl for naps at that age but she did well in the carrier and the swing. I started nap training her around 5.5 months when her doctor gave us the okay to let her try and self soothe

Mine is the same. Either my husband or I baby-wears him. 🤷🏼‍♀️ It gets easier once they're slightly older.
