He can for others but can’t for me?..

Can anyone explain why a man is more comfortable saying morning or happy birthday or just anything nice like good night to complete strangers; but 13yrs he’s never once mentioned it to me ? Ever since he’s gotten on Instagram; Facebook; snap chat (which I made him delete) and MeWe; I’ve seen him post these things to other women. When I ask him about it he just says it’s stupid to tell me & I should just know.

He follows all these naked women, some have messaged him and he reply’s to some . I know of it so he’s not hiding it. You know I could handle “that wasn’t him” . Just something he didn’t do ...um okay then how can u send these women u don’t know who reply with smiles and hearts. Yet your wife of 13yrs you can’t say type or compromise ?

I just don’t get it ....
