Fallopian tube blocked

I got pregnant 2018 July one-day I had implantation bleeding I went to hospital they did ultrasound my doctor told me that am pregnant but my womb was empty no baby it was shocked to me never heard pregnant with envy sac after a week my doctor recommended me to do D&C and I did after the D&C I came home 2 days letter I had sharp pain like labor contractions I went to the ER took couple altrousand and MRI scan they told I had little scratch happened when I got my D&C done and the reason I had the pain it was healing after 6month trying it took me long to get pregnant I asked my doctor what is going on she recommended me to do SHG exray to see if my Fallopian tube are ok after that we find out my right Fallopian tube was blocked I was heartbroken to me sorry I didn’t mention I have 3 beautiful kids 2 boys N girl but still am not happy that my Fallopian tube blocked and it happened because of the D&C am trying since 2019 and it didn’t happen yet my left one is open I wonder if anyone get pregnant for one fallopian tube am about not happy but there is nothing I can do
