I’m really nervous and anxious. Anyone have any advice?

I’m 12 dpo. I keep getting BFNs but I had what may have been implantation bleeding..(posted the pic below) two days ago. Since then my boobs hurt SO bad. I have cramps and backaches. Not that it means much, but my cervix has risen so high. AF is due in two days.

What I’m most worried about and I’m asking advice on is the fact that my cm is not as wet as days prior. Does that mean I’m out? I’m so anxious that af is going to show up but this feels different..
