Antidepressants

My husband and I are going to start TTC soon. I am currently on lexapro for depression and anxiety. I know that people can’t give medical advice, but I was wondering if anyone could speak from experience. Did anyone stay on their medicine when conceiving and giving birth? Did you breast feed while on meds? Thank you all so much!
