Estimated due date: LMP or ultrasound?

Hi ladies! I’m going crazy waiting for my first ultrasound in 2 weeks, and I’m wondering if your last period date was accurate for how far along you were on ultrasound?
Based on my LMP (April 2nd), I’m 9 weeks tomorrow. But I know approximately ovulation day/conceiving span of days, and based on that I would only be about 7 weeks. 
Just curious what I might expect ☺️

I am always 2 weeks behind lmp. Not sure why but always happens. Am expecting the same again when I got for my scan next week.

Most women ovulate around 14 days (or two weeks) after the first day of their last period. Doctors calculate pregnancy beginning on the first day of that last period- its charred by cycles. So if you ovulated 2 weeks after your first day of last period, the moment the baby is conceived you're considered 2 weeks pregnant. The 40 weeks does not begin counting at the moment of conception.
