Bedtime helllllppppp

What time do y’all pit your kids in bed and what r their ages? I have an 8,3,2 and newborn and I’m sooooo tun down. I always try to let them stay up and cuddle and go to bed one at A time and have book, cuddles, mom time alone each. I’m exhausted. I have one down At 8 then another half hour later then the 8 year old goes to bed when I do. I feel like I’m not getting to enjoy the new baby or any of them really. What does your routine look like and how is it working for you? Oh and they r usually up at 7 so no down time for me at all unless I stay up way too late.
