19 year old and her first toy!🤠

so today i finally purchased my very first toy. which by the way was hecka expensive, but it does have 7 settings so i guess that’s a win-win situation? (shown below) my question is: one, how do you use it and two, how to care for it? i feel like im taking care of a child. i have always used my hands AND IM JUST SCARED TO USE IT.😭😭
