WTF DID I DO TO MY CAT

He’s okay now I just want to know what happened and if there’s anything I should do about it. So it’s 3am rn I went to get up to go to the bathroom and accidentally kicked my cat who was sleeping at the end of my bed (he doesn’t usually sleep here I didn’t know he was there) then he started meowing and snorting really loud and twitching while he was stuck in a position with his head looking up he looked really stiff then he started pawing at the air still in the weird stiff position. This lasted for 10 seconds then he stopped and sneezed a few times. Now he’s acting completely normal. I seriously thought I broke his neck. Why did this happen
