Advice needed

So ladies I can’t get the thought of not having a final baby out of my head like literally 24/7 I think about it. I have one almost 4 year old and an almost 2 year old. I also have health complications (I’ve had a kidney transplant), so my pregnancies are high risk.

So my question is, does having a third make life an awful lot harder than 2? Am I being selfish when I have 2 beautiful little people already and putting my health at risk?
