Is husband manipulative?

Every time he has a bad day or something bad happened or just in a bad mood he literally blames me. Things that I have no control of or have literally NOTHING to do with me he takes it on me ignores me and a shitty face all day. And I repeatedly tell him I didn’t do shit to him and he ignores me it’s frustrating

He’s been mad since 6pm yesterday stays on his phone didn’t help with the baby slept in the other room and I call him at 10am today saying are you done he’s like no I’ll talk to you later. He’s mad bc he took a job he originally wanted and apparently he doesn’t want it anymore but ok my fault right?
