Mommies who did cara babies sleep training class- which one and was it helpful?

We are STRUGGLING with nap times. Did you find the class helpful? I’m going back to work in two weeks and need her to be on a sleep schedule to make it easier for my mother in law- who also watches my niece and nephew (both exhausting non-nappers).

She’ll fall asleep in my arms and stay asleep but the minute I put her in the crib she cries and won’t stop. Today we fought from 10am til 12pm...and I picked her up once and she fell asleep in 3 mins, went to put her down and she was crying before her heard hit the mattress.

I found it very helpful. My baby almost always sleeps through the night now and he takes two naps a day, both over an hour. We were cosleeping before and I just needed the guidance and a plan for transitioning him to his crib. I loved co sleeping but it wasn’t working well for us anymore. Her plan is mostly stuff that a lot of experienced parents probably know but I’m a FTM and I needed a plan to stick to. I forget which package it was but it was the most basic one with just the videos and no phone consults. 
My husband rolled his eyes when I told him i spent $180 on a sleep training course, but a week later he was like “I would’ve paid thousands” 😂

Answer

We did the least expensive package. SO WORTH THE MONEY 🙏🏻 our son was waking a ton at night and napping terribly. He now sleeps 11 hours at night and two 1.5 hour naps during the day.
