Secondary infertility after two normal pregnancies

Hi 👋🏻 all! New to the group. I’m 28 years old TTC baby number 3. I have two boys normal pregnancies besides my last being an emergency c-section. I’m so confused as to why I suddenly can’t get pregnant. We’ve been trying for almost a year now and we did one round of Clomid. Second round begins in the next few weeks. I’m wondering how long it took others on Clomid and if there’s anyone who got pregnant after an emergency c-section. I’m starting to worry that the emergency c-section affected my body some how.
