If your baby was a premie, how long were you in the NICU?

37 weeks but she wasn’t getting the nutrition she needed from my placenta and wasn’t growing in the womb so I was supposed to be induced the day I went to my high risk ultrasound at 37 weeks but her heart couldn’t take my natural contractions they were worried that if I gave birth to her naturally that she would die in the process so I was getting prepped for a C section she was born at 7:30pm and weighed in at 3lbs and 12oz she was technically a”premie” she only stayed in NICU for a week and went home that weekend

My little man wasn't technically a 'premie' he was born at 38+4 however he measured 34 weeks. I was induced and ended up having an emergency c section. He was in Nicu for a week due to me having been put to sleep during the c section and him needing oxygen after birth.

20weeks and he died :( my second was born at 33weeks and stayed 24days in NICU/SCN, my 3rd was born at 30w3d and stayed 73 days in NICU/SCN.

3days in NICU and 8days in the special care unit then home he was born at 4.5lbs at 33w

My step mom had both her kiddos early. I wanna say 35 weeks with both. My brother was in NICU for a week, I'm pretty sure that's what shes said. (He's my step brother so we weren't in their lives when he was born. I'm try to remember exactly how long it was but I'm pretty sure he was in for at least a week.) My sister was only in for an hour. (She's my half sister, so I was there for her birth.) They were worried she would be in for awhile but she checked out and got the all clear after an hour. They were prepared for her to come early based on my brother. She had shots all through her pregnancy to try and help keep her in longer. The shots didn't work. She went into labor at like 33 weeks. In and out of the hospital trying to stop it. They managed to keep her in until 35 weeks and said we aren't going to stop it anymore. Gave her a shot for her lungs and a few days later there she was.
