Positive after miscarriage 4 weeks ago

Hello ladies! I took a home pregnancy test this morning and it showed up positive! I had a miscarriage at home 4 weeks ago at home! I have taken tests and had lab work done to show my hcg was 0 two weeks afterwards. I’m extremely nervous about this being that the last miscarriage is still so raw and fresh!!

Update: I have got a few positives as well as negatives in the last few days. 5 positive and 2 negative. So I’m wondering if it’s still from the miscarriage or an early new pregnancy. Doctors appointment Thursday for blood work and insight!
