Depends if the zoo has enacted social distancing practices. I know where I live they have and they have shut down any indoor exhibits to reduce crowds around the glass

I would since they would be in a stroller or being carried the entire time. Not really much risk in my opinion. Just be sure to wash your hands before you touch your baby to feed them or change or whatever
