Nauseas while pumping or breastfeeding?

Anyone else get nauseous while pumping or breastfeeding? It’s started in the last month or so. My son is 3.5 months but man sometimes is so bad! Help!

Are you eating enough? It’d happen to me too sometimes while breastfeeding & I just drank water while I was feeding him, it helped a lot! Idk why I’m saying it past tense when I still do it lol
