Possible TMI? 🤔
I’m 1 week postpartum and still bleeding. I’m using the spray bottle that they gave me at the hospital. I remember them saying just squirt and tap dry. Do I squirt the inside where white stuff is? I know.. TMI. I’ve been doing that but I’m curious.
