12 month sleep regression?!

I literally never want to hear the words "sleep regression" again. We just went through about two months of the WORST sleep ever. This week has been heaven, I feel like if I say it out loud I'm going to jinx myself 😶

Omg I don’t know but every time I read sleep regression I cringe, I’m traumatized 
Just like whenever my son lets out a cry in the middle of the night my heart instantly starts racing

I can’t keep up with them anymore. With her teething it feels like we are constantly in and out of one. One day she’s good, the next miserable, then the next fine again. I never know what to expect anymore.

we just went through that... constantly waking up at 4.30am😴😴😴lasted 3 weeks..I thought its over and I finally get some sleep but we jumped straight in teething again now🤣

Omg, last night was HORRIBLE. Macy went to bed a little early because she had a rough day. Woke up two hours later screaming and wouldn’t go back to sleep unless I was holding her, but would keep waking up. She finally let us lay down but tossed the whole night. We don’t cosleep, but has to last night. I don’t know how you mamas that cosleep do it because I got zero sleep due to her moving around all night.
