We've done 2 cycles with letrozole and no luck. Last cycle, my period was really late and erratic. My doctor decided to do a cycle of letrozole 5mg from days 1-5, and then he checked with an ultrasound. Things weren't progressing enough, so he had me do another round of 5mg days 8-12. I ovulated (and BD'd) day 14.

I have been having the worst cramps and I'm on day 16. I'm also having hot flashes and my hair is shedding like crazy. Has anyone else had these symptoms?

I'm really only concerned about the cramping, but it has me worried enough to hop on here and see if it's normal.
