Inducing birth at home - what worked for you?
40 weeks 3 days, hospital induction booked for 41 weeks. I want to try inducing at home before that.
I've tried :
- sex every night
- nipple stimulation
- clary sage bath and massage
- acupressure foot points massage
- walking
- yoga ball
- doctor gave a membrane sweep 3 days ago
Please what else can I try? I really don't want a hospital induction 😰
