Edit: Okay so at first i was unsure about what to Google but kinda somehow figured this is milia or milk spots. can these be removed with over the counter products? or should i see a dermatologist

so I've developed these rashes right under the lower corner of left eye socket (a little above the cheek bone). its been almost an year since ive had these. they dont hurt unless i purposefully pick on them. sometimes they aggravate a little in size (like now), sometimes they appear to be smaller. anyone has any idea?

they look dry and are really tiny but rough rashes and aren't red. the redness in the above picture is because of me rubbing it.
